There is always hope for healing, growth, and change

My own healing journey began after deep personal loss and major life transitions. Through therapy, I found a safe space to grieve, rediscover myself, and learn how to love who I was becoming.

Today, I offer that same compassionate, judgement free space to others. My holistic and spiritually open approach supports clients through grief, trauma, identity, relationships, self-worth, addiction, and life transitions. I believe every person deserves the freedom to be who they were created to be.

No two healing journeys are the same, and the relationship between therapist and client is a unique experience of its own. In a safe, supportive, and spiritually open environment, I believe there is always hope for healing, growth, and change. When you are ready, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

Many blessings,
Monique

How I work

I hold two things together that are often kept apart. The holistic work is the practice: breathwork, sound bowls, meditation, and a spiritually open space to do the work in. The clinical training is what holds it - evidence-based psychotherapy, and a licence in every state where I see clients.

Some people come to me for one and not the other, and that is completely fine. Therapy and holistic sessions are booked separately, priced separately, and described plainly on the services page, so you always know which one you are in.

Where I see clients

My office is in the Cumberland area of Atlanta, near Vinings, and I see clients there in person. I also work online with clients across Georgia, Colorado and Tennessee. If you are somewhere else, there is still a good deal I can offer you.

Healing notes, twice a month
