Who I work with in Georgia
Most of the people I sit with in Atlanta are carrying something they have not had room to put down: a loss, a change they did not choose, or a version of themselves they no longer recognise. Some come for talk therapy alone. Others want the holistic work alongside it - breathwork, sound bowls, and a spiritually open space to do the work in.
I work with grief and loss, trauma, identity, relationships, self-worth, addiction, and life transitions. If you are not sure whether what you are carrying counts, it counts.
