What I offer, and what it costs
Two kinds of work, described plainly so you always know which one you are in. Therapy is licensed psychotherapy. Holistic sessions are healing practices, and they are not psychotherapy.
I am licensed to provide therapy in Georgia, Colorado and Tennessee. If you are somewhere else, the holistic work and the free programs are still open to you.

How virtual sessions work
Sessions run over a secure video link. You will get a link by email before we meet, and you do not need to install anything or make an account - it opens in your browser.
They run the same length as an in-person session, and they work better than most people expect. What matters is that you have somewhere you will not be interrupted and headphones if anyone else is home. A parked car counts. A closed bedroom door counts.
Virtual sessions suit people who are managing a full week, who live an hour from the nearest practice, or who simply do better talking from their own space. If we start online and you later want to come to the Atlanta office, that is fine too.
One limit worth knowing. Therapy is regulated by the state you are physically in during the session, not where you live or where I am. That is why the state question comes first.
Three states, plus everyone else
Georgia
In person in Atlanta, or online anywhere in the state.
Therapy in GeorgiaColorado
Online, anywhere in the state.
Therapy in ColoradoTennessee
Online, anywhere in the state.
Therapy in TennesseeSomewhere else? I cannot offer therapy in a state I am not licensed in, and I will not pretend otherwise. What I can offer you is the holistic work, the free programs, and the writing. Here is what that looks like.
Healing notes, twice a month
Short, practical writing on trauma, grief, and the practices that help. No pressure, and you can leave any time.
