What this website is
This is the website of Be Transformed Counseling and Consulting, LLC, operating as Be Transformed Therapy. It exists to explain what I offer, to share free educational writing, and to let you ask me for a consultation.
What this website is not
It is not therapy. Reading these pages, downloading anything, joining the email list or sending the consultation form does not create a therapist-client relationship. That relationship begins only when we have spoken, agreed to work together, and completed the intake paperwork.
It is not a crisis service. Messages sent here may not be seen for some time.
It is not medical or psychological advice. The writing on this site is general education, not guidance about your particular situation. It cannot account for anything I do not know about you, and it should not be used in place of care from a qualified professional.
Licensure
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I can provide psychotherapy only to people who are physically located in a state where I hold a licence at the time of the session. Those states are listed on this site. Holistic sessions - sound bowl work, breathwork and meditation - are healing practices rather than psychotherapy, and are not restricted in the same way.
Using the site
Please do not use this site to send health information, to send anything unlawful or abusive, to attempt to gain access to systems or accounts, or to scrape or copy the content for republication.
